Dustin worked with our builder to ensure the site met the engineered drawing specifications, which was great for me, eliminating a middle man can only help in getting it right the first time. Not only did he arrive when he stated, he was quick, left no mess, and worked to ensure not only the right size pad, but went a little larger to give flexibility that I had requested. Sometimes, there were delays in upfront planning and phone communications, though not his fault, driven by engineering issues and concerns, which needed resolution.
